The Bella is a full-length maxi dress made from organic kora cotton — unbleached, natural, and dyed in Rajasthan. The bodice and skirt are hand block printed with bold abstract florals in purple, pink, olive, and teal. The hemline tier is a contrasting olive green batik — a completely different technique, pattern, and mood that somehow makes the whole thing work.
The neckline is finished with small wooden beads. There are pockets. Adjustable straps sit delicately at the shoulders. The drawstring back means it fits across a real range of bodies without alteration.
