Returns and Exchanges

Because every Zahke piece travels directly from the designer's studio to your door, we have a simple and transparent returns policy.

 

Change of mind

All Zahke purchases are final sale. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out to us before purchasing if you have any questions about sizing, fabric, or fit — we're happy to help. Email us at hello@zahke.com.au before you buy.

 

Faulty or damaged items

If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@zahke.com.au with your order number and photos of the fault. Approved claims will receive a full store credit to use on any future Zahke purchase.

 

Store credit

Store credit is applied directly to your Zahke account and can be used at checkout on any future order. Credits do not expire.
