We understand that life is busy, and you’re looking for a seamless shopping experience—stylish, sustainable, and stress-free. Below is everything you need to know about how we get your Zahke pieces to your doorstep.

How We Ship

At Zahke, we have two types of shipping methods depending on the item you’ve purchased:

1️⃣ Ready-to-Ship Items (Australia-Based Inventory)

  • Includes Zahke-branded collections and Bougainvillea pieces stocked in Australia.
  • Orders placed by 10 AM AEST Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 10 AM AEST, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Free shipping on all Australian orders.

2️⃣ Made-to-Order & Designer Collections (Drop-Ship Model)

  • This includes garments from our partner designers and Studio Bougainvillea’s custom-made pieces, all crafted with intention and care.
  • Once you place your order, the designer begins production, ensuring each piece meets the highest standards.
  • Orders are dispatched within 10-14 days (custom-made pieces may take slightly longer).
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Pre-Orders

  • For select collections, we offer pre-orders to reduce waste and support slow fashion.
  • Standard delivery timeframe for pre-orders is 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We primarily ship via Australia Post for Australian orders and use a courier company for made to order & designer collections.
  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected factors such as customs processing, public holidays, or weather disruptions may cause delays.
  • If your package is delayed, please reach out—we're happy to assist, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels or transit delays outside our control.

Shipping Guidelines: 

  • Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weekends, or unforeseen delays like extreme weather.
  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Incorrect details may result in delays or lost shipments.
  • Once your order has been dispatched and payment confirmed, it is considered final and cannot be modified.
